Privacy Policy
ServeBoard ("we", "us") is a product of Oahu Merchant Service LLC, Honolulu, Hawaii. This policy explains what information we collect when you use serveboard.app and how we handle it.
Information we collect
- Account information — your business name, email address, and password (stored encrypted). Staff PINs you create for your team.
- Business data — your menu items, prices, photos, order numbers, and order activity. This comes from a point-of-sale system you connect (such as Clover or Square) or from what you enter directly.
- Customer entries — if you run a giveaway or notification feature, the names and contact details customers submit. These belong to you; we store them only to run the feature for you.
- Usage information — standard server logs and session cookies needed to keep you signed in and keep the service secure.
What we don't collect
We never see or store full card numbers. Subscription payments are handled by our payment processing partners on their secure systems.
How we use information
Only to provide and improve the service: showing your boards and menus, calling order numbers, sending you service emails (such as sign-in links and alerts), and support. We do not sell your information or your customers' information to anyone.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that run ServeBoard (such as cloud hosting and email delivery), and only as needed to operate the service — or if the law requires it.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure in the United States and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep records.
Changes
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update this page and note the new effective date.
