Number calling system

A number calling system that runs on any TV.

An order calling system without the hardware. Staff call the number from a phone and it goes up on the TV with a chime — no transmitter, no receiver box, no pagers to hand out.

How a number gets called.

  1. STEP 01

    The order gets a number

From Square, from Clover, or from our built-in counter. No POS? Staff type any number on the phone keypad.

  2. STEP 02

    Staff tap Ready

On any phone. One tap when the food is on the counter — no button box to carry around.

  3. STEP 03

    The TV calls it

The number goes up with a soft chime about a second later. On Pro, a voice reads it out too.

Preparing and Ready on one screen (Plus)

A second TV shows every order being made and every order that’s ready — side by side, or Ready on top with Preparing below. The newest ready order is shown biggest, and older numbers clear on their own.

The calling button is a phone

Every open order is already on the phone. No POS connected? A keypad calls any number by hand — from a paper ticket or a receipt.

Called out loud in five languages (Pro)

A voice reads the number in English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish or Filipino — through the TV or a Bluetooth speaker.

Questions owners ask.

Do I need a calling system box or pagers?

No. The TV is the display and a phone is the button. Nothing to charge, nothing to hand out, and nothing to run out of on a busy night — at a takeaway counter or a food truck.

Can the screen show Preparing and Ready?

Yes, on Plus and Pro. A second TV shows the Order Status screen — side by side, or Ready on top with Preparing below. Pick it per TV in your dashboard.

We don’t use a POS. Can we still call numbers?

Yes — it works like a queue calling system. Hand out numbered tickets or use your receipt numbers, type the number on the phone keypad, and it goes up on the TV. Or take orders on the built-in counter and each order gets its number there.

Does it work with Square and Clover?

Yes. Orders come in with their numbers, and the customer’s name is called when the order has one.

Does it work outside the US?

Yes. Calling runs on any TV with a web browser and an internet connection, and each store runs on its own local time. Square orders from outside the US come in too, and the phone keypad works anywhere. Prices are in US dollars.

Do customers need an app?

No. They watch the TV for their number — or their name, when the order has one.

How much is it?

From $19 a month. 14 days free, no card up front, cancel anytime.
